AutoCAD is used for all shop and customer prints. Our drawing library currently contains over 5000 manufacturing drawings.

Stardyne Finite Element Analysis software allows us to design against failure at the initial stages of conception. Should a failure occur in the field, Stardyne proves to be an invaluable tool to redistribute weight, move or increase fillets, etc., inevitably leading to a much improved design.

Mastercam Mill & Lathe V7.1 helps increase our productivity and keep our costs down by producing machine code for our CNC mills and lathes. Another great benefit is the ability to visualize the entire machining cycle, thereby highlighting areas where more efficient use of tooling and depth of cut can shorten production time.

Mathcad PLUS is an excellent engineering program using real mathematical symbols. Most of the mathematical programs written in C++ are tested in Mathcad first because it is much easier to follow the formulas in 'real' terms than source code.

MS Office Excel offers another means for us to test our C++ programs via the spreadsheet method. All weight calculations using Excel act as an additional tool for dynamic valve analysis.

Our proprietary software program for analyzing compressor valves (poppet, and channel valves are not currently supported). The program also calculates volumetric efficiencies, horsepower requirements, valve losses (hp), and rod loads. Valve impact velocities, timing, and opening position vs. crank angle. This software is used by our technical staff, to assist you in your analysis.
